Rooms are available for all attendees of the conference. Prices range according to the room. The rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. Below is a detailed price breakdown. (This does only refer to the participants not speakers).
We have arranged to proceed also with the booking of some executive suites upon your request at very attractive prices.
- 75 Euros per night (taxes included) based on Single and/or Double Occupancy.

The biggest of the deluxe class hotels in Thessaloniki, Porto Palace Hotel & Conference Center, opened to the public in late 2005 after the attentive restoration of the historical building of 1913. We will be accomodated in the Crystal hall. A room that has a capacity up to 300 people.

For All Hotel Reservations to the Conference
The subject theme should be: "Reservation Request For The Hotel".
SI can arrange the reservation of your room. The payment will be dealt by you personally.
Strategy International does not cover any expenses for participants.
We will just facilitate you accommodation by arranging issues for you.
Transport to and from conference Hotel from the airport:
All transport to and from the airport will be provided only for all invited speakers. All other transportation during the days of stay in the city will be made upon your request to the hotel.
Security Matters for Strategy International:
Security matters for Strategy International and we have a great experience on this. We therefore ask of all participants to have a photo ID card or passport, that will be shown to the registration desk and to security, at the day of the conference.
Those that do Register online for our conference will be provided a tag and a file of the conference.
Any one else should need to have their ID, present it to the registration desk and have it with them at all times.
Sitting Arrangements to the Conference:
Please be attentive to the following procedures:
All must register and pay on the ground floor inside the hotel. You will find a registration desk on your right side as soon as you enter the hotel. For those that have an online registration you will have to show it along with proof of your ID. Also if you are a group of people you must show together.
You will be shown the stairs down to the lobby area, prior to the main conference room.
Before you enter the room, you will be asked of your online registration name to check the list for your assigned table. If you are registered online you will be having an appointed seat already. If not you will be assigned at other designated tables. In both cases our colleagues will assign you to them.
Be aware that online seating has better views and are closer to the speakers podium!! It also allow us to show you our hospitality and good organization.
Any seat that is designated to you is provided for both days. Please do not change your seat.
LAST THING AND IMPORTANT!!
For security purposes, please do not leave your personal belongings unattended at any time.
Although there will be security and police support inside the hotel, please do not keep your belongings unattended.
All valuables are the concern of the person and not the Hotel or Strategy International. Anything that is lost does not bear any legal liability issues with either the hotel or Strategy International.
